ALAN IEZMAN


Shelter Entertainment was founded by 17 year William Morris Agency veteran, VP and multiple department head Alan Iezman in 1995.  Iezman led the TV talent department for many years before moving into the Motion Picture talent department, and running it as well.  Iezman has been/is involved in the careers of Academy Award winners Tom Hanks and Robin Williams, nominee Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Keaton, George Eads, Benjamin Bratt, Lance Henriksen, multiple Emmy nominees Gail O'Grady, Patricia Richardson and Julia Duffy,  Golden Globe nominees Valerie Bertinelli, Victoria Principal and many, many others. Iezman continues to nurture and further the careers of Shelter's talented clientele.




RAY MCKIGNEY

Veteran manager Ray McKigney heads up the branding, licensing and merchandising department for Shelter.  Among many other accomplishments, he is responsible for the packaging and tremendous success of the Daisy Fuentes line of products at Kohl's.




ANDREW HOWARD

Another William Morris veteran, Howard has worked in both the talent and literary areas.  After the Morris office, he did a stint at Metropolitan Talent Agency, before moving on, to originate and run the talent and literary departments at Incognito Management. Howard reps many talented stars, including Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Hal Linden and Bess Armstrong.




DEBORAH MILLER

Miller was a VP with the William Morris Agency for fifteen years where she headed the TV Variety department for six years and headed the entire TV Talent Department for four years. This was followed by a two year stint as Vice President and head of the TV and Motion Picture Talent Department at The Agency for the Performing Arts.  As a theatrical agent, she has represented a diverse and wide range of talented personalities, musicians, comedians, actors, writers, directors and producers, including David Letterman, Ned Beatty, Merv Griffin, Sir Ian McKellen, Julio Iglesias, Bob Uecker and William Devane.  She served on the Board of Governors of ATAS for seven years. She is Vice President of Women In Film and has been a member of the Board of Directors for four years.




AMANDA HENDON

Amanda began her career with Buchwald Talent Group and BBR, before deciding to go into management.  She has been managing for 7 years now and has been responsible for many careers, including Liz Sheridan, of SEINFELD fame.  Amanda enjoys developing new talent, and has been tenacious in her pursuit of opportunities for her Shelter clients.
